Delete Your StudyPulse Account
We respect your right to delete your account and personal data. This page explains how to request account deletion for StudyPulse.
What Gets Deleted
- Account information, including email and display name
- All generated study materials, transcripts, summaries, quizzes, flashcards, and mind maps
- Saved community content
- Subscription information stored by StudyPulse
- Usage history and preferences
- Any reports or blocks you've created
What Might Be Retained
Some data may be retained for legal compliance:
- Payment records required by tax law, retained for up to 7 years
- Anonymized analytics data that no longer identifies your account
- Logs required for security, abuse prevention, or fraud prevention
How To Request Deletion
Option A - Email Request
Send an email to support@pulsestudios.app with:
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request - StudyPulse"
- Your account email address
- Confirmation you want to delete your account
We will process your request within 30 days.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days as required by Google Play Store policy. You'll receive a confirmation email when complete.
Cancel Subscriptions First
Before deleting, please cancel any active subscriptions through Google Play Store to avoid future charges. Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions.

Subscription Cancellation Instructions
- Open Google Play Store on your device
- Tap profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Tap StudyPulse
- Tap "Cancel subscription"
